To download the attendee app, click the link on one of the app stores above or open the camera on your phone, tablet, or other mobile device and scan the QR code send out in your joining instructions (due around 1 month before the event). You can also search within the app stores for: The Event App by EventsAIR. Once downloaded, you will need the event app code (also issued with the joining instructions).
Once you have downloaded the attendee app, you will be prompted to login (using your EventsAir email address and password you set up during registration or when submitting an abstract - if you don't have an account, you can create one here). You will also be promoted to allow notifications; we suggest you allow this so you can get live app alerts.
Some features of the attendee app are only available once you log in. You can customise the programme by selecting the sessions you wish to attend. You can also share contact details with exhibitors and other attendees (if you have given permission during log-in). You will be prompted to check your contact details when you log in for the first time. We would encourage you to add a profile photo and share your basic contact details to aid networking when using the app.
